Overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio on the south shore in the heart of a park with lush vegetation with a panoramic view, the villa (new delivered in May 2021) has a beautiful terrace for your lunches facing the sea.

The Lagoon villa has since 2022 its secure private swimming pool (5m70*3m20) which is located in front of its terrace
Access to a heated (28°) and covered swimming lane, sea view, is possible all year round (except July and August). It is located 50m away in the same property.
With a beautiful decoration, it is fully air-conditioned.
It consists of 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (1m60), 2 bathrooms with Italian shower and a large living room with a fully equipped American kitchen.
A sofa bed will allow you to supplement the beds if necessary to go from 6 to 8 people in complete comfort.

The villa is located in Pietrosella opposite the city of Ajaccio and the Iles Sanguinaires, 200 m from the beaches.
Ideally located, Villa Cruciata Lagoon is located 3 km from the famous Argent beach. The town of Porticcio with its shops and supermarkets is 4.3 km away. The airport is 20 minutes away, as well as the city of Ajaccio with its port for your ferry.
Many hiking sites and numerous beaches/coves/natural swimming pools await you, unless you prefer to rent a boat to reach Bonifacio or Porto Vecchio...
