1. Rental directly with the owner via his e-mail nisalocation@gmail.com or his site nisaloc.com with signature of a rental contract:

 

• In the event that the place of stay (or the ski lifts for the chalet) would have to close before or during the stay due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the tenant will be reimbursed in full or in proportion to the duration of the stay. .

• If, due to sanitary conditions, travel is prohibited towards the rental location or from the tenant's main residence address, for the period of the stay, the tenant will be fully reimbursed.

 

2. Rental via online reservation sites : the COVID-19 reimbursement guarantee policy of the site concerned will of course be applied.
